Personal data protection

We wish to inform you that since 25 May 2018 Koksownia Częstochowa Nowa Sp. z o.o. has been processing personal data in compliance with the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation "GDPR"). The security procedures and personal data protection measures adopted by the Coking Plant are described in our Security Policy.

Monitoring - information obligation

This is to inform you that:

• The Controller of your personal data in the form of surveillance recordings is Koksownia Częstochowa Nowa Sp. z o.o., with the registered office in Warsaw at ul. Chłodna 51, hereinafter referred to as the Company; The Company processes your personal data.
• Your personal data in the form of surveillance recordings will be processed in order to protect persons and property and to control production.
• Storage period for surveillance recordings: until the disks are full, approximately 1 month or until the claims expire.
• The recipient of personal data in the form of monitoring recordings will be authorized employees of the Coking Plant.
• You have the right to request the Company to rectify, delete or limit the processing of your personal data and to object to such processing to the Personal Data Inspector at the e-mail address: iod@koksownianowa.pl.
• Pursuant to Article 15 of Regulation 216/697 of the European Parliament and of the Council, you have the right to submit a written request together with the explanation to stop processing your data due to your special situation, and you also have the right to object to the processing of your data or against transferring your data to another data controller.
• You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
